My last post was in November- my sweet niece, Serah, kindly texted me today to remind me of this fact. I guess Christmas happened. And Christmas break, and getting back into homeschooling, and my husband being gone for a week. So here we are. I can't even remember when the roof went on, but it was sometime in November. It was nice once it was all shingled and the windows were in. It's funny, but looking back to my pictures there was not even snow on the ground in my last post. So we went from this............
TO THIS.............
Here we are in January. There have been many changes and it has been nice to have the house sealed up. Not that a little snow hasn't flown in here and there with the crazy winds, but for the most part, it's dry- but VERY cold! Here are some of the pictures form the past couple of months to show you the changes.

Here our neighbor's house across the street. They also have 6 acres. Haven't met them yet, but they are from Madison, own a Limousine company and have kids! Cool! I like the style of their house. |

Love this picture- made me think of my friend Jennifer's daughter, Lexi. She always takes pictures of ordinary things that are beautiful. These are roofing nails- who knew how pretty they could be!

So this is short and sweet, mostly pictures for you to see progress. Now that I am caught up, I will try to be better about posting changes! From here on out- it will all be pretty exciting! I am even getting excited about things like electrical and HVAC. But those things are for another blog.........
